TUCSON, Arizona (KOLD News 13) – Firefighters are at the location of a building fire on the south side of Tucson on Wednesday, August 4th.
The fire is in the 5300 block of East Ferry Drive, according to a tweet from the Tucson Fire Department.
Firefighters said they removed a person from an apartment and a patient was being taken to a nearby hospital.
According to the fire department, the fire was under control at around 3:30 p.m.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area while crews are working.
