TUCSON, Arizona (KOLD News 13) – Tucson police have been asked to investigate the Phoenix Police’s charges against protesters.
Phoenix spokesman Dan Wilson confirmed that an agreement was reached late last week and that Tucson Police would be the investigative force into the case. Tucson police said Monday they were considering the application.
The investigation comes after Phoenix police charged demonstrators as street criminals on October 17, 2020.
