TUCSON, Arizona (KOLD News 13) – The Tucson Police Department released body camera video of a fatal gunfight by a police officer on May 31, 2021.
Officials responded to the Prince Road 100 block after receiving reports of shots fired.
Upon arriving in the area, patrolmen learned that a suspect, 33-year-old Joshua Lee Moore, had fired a gun outside his home several times before going back inside.
The officers tried to contact Moore and gave several orders to leave the residence unarmed. During this time, officials said the suspect was brandishing a revolver. An officer fired his gun at Moore once.
