TUCSON, Arizona (KOLD News 13) – Tucson Police are investigating a shootout with a Border Patrol agent on Saturday, October 9th.
Officials say it happened on the 500 block of N. Freeway, near I-10 and St. Mary’s Road.
They are currently investigating his involvement and the details are very limited.
Tucson police said the agent was not injured and there are no suspects.
