TUCSON, Arizona (KOLD News 13) – On Tuesday, September 28, a man was found dead in a park near the River and Shannon Streets in Tucson.
Tucson police said Josiah Rudolph Garza, 26, was found in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Dan Felix Memorial Park.
The TPD said Garza, who showed obvious signs of trauma, was pronounced dead at the scene and the incident is being investigated as a murder.
There are no suspects in custody and anyone with information is encouraged to call 88-CRIME or go to www.88crime.org.
