TOKYO (KVOA) – Tucson-born Corben Sharrah was one of four Americans to reach the semifinals in the BMC Racing Olympic competition.
Sharrah scored a total of 11 points. It was enough to squeeze into the semifinals alongside the Americans Connor Fields, Alise Willoughby and Felicia Stancil.
Sharrah is a two-time Olympian. In the men’s race, he finished fourth, fifth and two in the first round.
He’ll fight for a medal tomorrow.
