After years of infertility, woman gives birth to first child at 50

Susie and Tony Troxler will celebrate their first Thanksgiving as parents this year, at the age of 50 and 61 respectively. Susie Troxler, a psychologist in High Point, North Carolina, gave birth to daughter Lily Antonia Troxler on September 29, 2021 after trying to get pregnant for a little over a decade. Susie Troxler said that for both her and her husband, seeking fertility aid was not considered simply because they did not know what the options were.
