A. I do not know. I will not be there. As economist John Kenneth Galbraith once said, “Economic forecasts exist only to make astrology look more respectable.”

Q. Is there a particular project or transaction that you particularly notice?

A. In 1996 we bought a monumental failure of a 109,000 square meter shopping center. You know it as The Plaza at Williams Center. It was a “real estate owned” bank and 50% empty.
