Pure Poke and Prep will open a second location in the Oro Valley by the end of the year.

Diners keen on a taste of the islands will soon find a new location in the Oro Valley.
Pure Poke and Prep has leased 1,343 square feet at 7315 N. Oracle Road, north of Ina Road.
It will be their second location – their first location opened in 2020 at 6501 E. Grant Road.
The restaurant serves traditional Hawaiian poke bowls and homemade bowls with raw fish, vegetables and sauces.
The traditional kahuku poke consists of diced ahi, white onions, spring onions, sesame seeds and a kahuku sauce made from sweet soy, sesame and ginger.
Pure Poke and Prep’s Oro Valley shop is slated to open later this year.
Isaac Figueroa and Elaina Elliot with Larsen Baker and Rick Volk from Volk Co. represented the landlord.

Mister Car Wash’s main building at 222 E. Fifth St. was purchased by 222 Tucson LP for $ 8.9 million. The 25,350 square meter office is completely occupied by Mister Car Wash. Bryce Horner, with CBRE, was the seller, 222 Building LLC.
Private investors bought the 25,000 square meter Planet Fitness building at 4755 S. Calle Santa Cruz for $ 4.8 million. Mark Ruble and Chris Lind took care of sales together with Marcus & Millichap.
