Donald John Trump has lost sight of his own lies, and now I worry we will too.
The truth just never occurs to him. I’m shocked that he can order his dinner at Mar-A-Lago without asking for America’s best grilled unicorn and a glass of Olympic nectar.
I’m not going to stay here and write too long, but something needs to be pointed out to His mr-ness about the Pima County vote which he declared “rigged and stolen” (or, in his own fluffy style, “rigged” and stolen “Because he’s branding the line). He claims he won before the mail-in votes were counted.
A swear word he threw out on Friday reads like he was on Mars on November 3rd.
“Their preferred Republican candidate consistently outpaced Republicans of the mail-in vote by 3%, while Joe Biden lagged the Democrats by 3%. But when absentee votes came in much higher than normal (over 87%), that trend reversed. In other words, when it was clear that Trump was going to win, they took action. As more absentee votes came in and rose 1%, Trump’s performance fell 1% while Biden’s rose.
That’s not how it works here in Arizona, Sparky.
What the orange nightmare we can’t wake up from forgets is that Arizona counted our mail-in votes first. He’s still selling the trouble over Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, where those votes go last. In each of these states, foreign ministers asked permission to pre-count early votes, but Trump-loyal lawmakers didn’t want it because it was the scam all along.

Old Man 45 told us before the election how he wanted to deceive us: “Post-in votes don’t count because the votes are counted on the same day. That only works if the early votes take longer to count and I think they are all fraudulent explain. “
So let’s do it Trump’s way. Don’t count votes received after 12:01 am on November 3rd. Joe Biden now wins with 200,000 votes. This is how the count came about here. Trump started hacking into Biden’s leadership when the votes were checked on the same day and added to the count in the days that followed.
In fact, Biden indicated North Carolina, Ohio and Florida where he was early and sometimes well ahead. Let’s do it this way from now on: The district that reports first decides on the status result. So if Santa Cruz County gets its results first, none of the other 3 million Arizona voters will have a say.
While we’re at it, give my beloved Denver Broncos the Vince Lombardi Trophy for winning Super Bowl XXI for leading the New York Giants 10-9 in the half … rigged and stolen. Return the Best Picture Oscar to La La Land. Bring back Betamax because it once dominated the market.
No, that’s not how we make elections.
His followers chanted, “Count every vote!” In Arizona for a reason.
Apparently he forgot. More likely he knows the rest of us.
So we in the media need to give him a voice, I think, over an unfortunate and perhaps fatal series of human events. First he was nominated by the 2016 GOP. Then more than 10 million would-be Biden voters looked at DJT and said, “Yeah, he’s a repulsive, corrupt madman, but Hillary … butter emails … what’s the difference.” Hillary admitted the next day – that’s a big difference.
Boring, Trump’s constant ranting – now focused on us – keeps his lies in the news because it’s newsworthy that a former president is so excited about our sleepy pueblo.
He tries to tie it to a “report” by COVID crank and election cry babe Shiva Ayyadurai, who first claimed election fraud when he lost a GOP area code in Massachusetts in 2018.
The claims that Ayyadurai made in the Arizona “fraud” were simply dismissed in real time by the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office.
But what Trump and Ayyadurai and the Cyber Ninja Turtle team and a whole pack of crooks are betting on is – at a time when memes rule the world – a 10-word lie beats the 100-word exposure. I wish I knew they were wrong.
Part of me wishes we’d tell the story like this:
HED: Crazy ex-president is making up himself over Pima County’s 2020 election results
LEDE: Donald Trump, former politician, has said a lot and none of it is true as he once again forgot his own lies.
NUT GRAF: Of course he did. What else is new? Go back to Squid Game.

That’s all he gets from me.
