The highlight of this week is a 24,029 square meter North Pima Center, which is overseen by Dave Dutson with NAI Horizon and Steve Cohen with Cushman & Wakefield PICOR.

Solar Industries dba window depot has rented 24,029 square feet in the North Pima Center from SEC W. Ina & N. Thornydale. Dave Dutson of NAI Horizon represented the landlord and Steve Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield PICOR represented the tenant on this transaction.

INDUSTRY – 2850 E VALENCIA RD., TUCSON 85706, SOUTH
Sunland Asphalt & Construction Company has 17,520-Square feet at 2850 E. Valencia Road on the southwest corner of Valencia and Country Club as the headquarters for office and administrative purposes. The building was recently acquired by Larsen Baker and is being renovated and renamed Valencia Tech Park. Sunland recently merged with Ace Asphalt to become known as Sunland Asphalt & Construction Company. You are planning to open for businessNS Quarter 2022. Isaac Figueroa represented the landlord and handled the transaction.

RETAIL – 8290 S HOUGHTON RD., TUCSON 85747, SE
Healthy skin dermatology has rented 4,000 square feet in the Rita Ranch Plaza at 8290 S. Houghton Road. Andrew Sternberg and Gordon Wagner with NAI Horizon represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRY – 2104 N FORBES BLVD., TUCSON 85745, West
NERD Power, LLC has leased 2,800 square feet at 2104 N. Forbes. Sam Nalli with NAI Horizon represented the tenant in this transaction and Max Fisher with BRD Realty represented the landlord.

RETAIL – 910 W IRVINGTON RD., TUCSON 85714, South
Advanced Auto Detailing, LLC has leased 1,680 square feet at Placita del Rio at 910 W. Irvington. NAI Horizon’s Scott Soelter completed this transaction.

RETAIL – 9431 E 22nd St., TUCSON 85710, East
Sport Clips 22., LLC rented 1,200 square feet at 9431 E. 22ndnd Street. Ben Craney of NAI Horizon represented the tenant on this transaction and Greg Furrier of Cushman & Wakefield PICOR represented the landlord.

RETAIL – 3917 E PIMA ST., TUCSON 85712, Northeast
Hevie’s Beauty Supply & African Hair Braiding has rented 1,200 square feet in Frontier Village at 3917 E. Pima St., on the NEC on Pima Street and Alvernon Way. The premises are used as a beauty shop that offers hair braiding services as well as the sale of wigs and other related products. They will open in early October 2021. Isaac Figueroa represented the landlord Larsen Baker. The Frontier Village Center is now fully let.
