The Carlton Village Senior Care Community, an 80-bed shared apartment, was purchased from a local operator for $ 5.6 million.
The facility, built in 2018, is a campus-like facility with eight apartments with 10 beds each at 321 W. Limberlost Drive near Oracle Road.
“Although demographics point to a surge in future residents, communities need to innovate constantly to meet residents’ changing preferences, prioritize health care, and restore confidence that the safest place for seniors in the face of virus outbreaks, be it the current pandemic, or annual flu season, is recovering, or future contagions, is in a shared apartment for the elderly, ”said Alex Snyder, who represented both parties with Hamid Panahi of IPA / Marcus & Millichap.
