If furry pets aren’t your thing, a new pet store has exotic reptiles and breeding advice.

Cold Blood Exotics LLC. rented 980 square feet at Embassy Plaza, 3924 W. Ina Road. Ben Craney, Jayme Fabe and Sam Nalli with NAI Horizon took care of the lease.

The store will open next month and will stock creatures such as pythons, bearded dragons, iguanas, chameleons and other small reptiles.

The owners Audrey and Jacob Winkelman get their supplies from Florida.

Prices range from $ 50 to $ 100 for a bearded dragon that Audrey said is “good family pets” to $ 1,500 for a ball python.

Jacob has always liked reptiles and started breeding them at home.

“This evolved into the opening of a store,” said Audrey.

Their intention is to sell the reptiles to families who will appreciate them as pets.

“They’re good for first-time pet owners,” said Audrey.

The new store will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will carry cages and other reptile accessories.

Other recent trades include:

The Plaza at Williams Center, a 10,400 square foot office building used by HBL CPAs, was purchased by Brik Investments LLC for $ 2.7 million. Before the HBL was occupied, this building was the long-standing home of the legendary nightclub Cactus Moon. Isaac Figueroa, along with Larsen Baker, represented the seller, Plaza Williams Center LLC, and the buyer was represented by Buzz Isaacson and Annie Lewis of Buzz Isaacson Realty.
