TUCSON (KVOA) – A Tucson film premieres on the big screen here at the Old Pueblo.
The film “All We Have” was written and directed by Edgar Ybarra, Photojournalist for News 4 Tucson. Filmed here in Tucson with a mostly local cast and crew, “All We Have” is a love story with a message of perseverance.
Local actress Karen Marroquin said perseverance is also required to bring this indie film to life as a staff member on the film and to face constant adversity such as a smaller budget. In return, the smaller crew did a tremendous amount of work with every step.
The result – an inspiring Tucson story with a big heart on the big screen.
“Try it out, see the movie and see if you like it,” said Marroquin. “Personally, I really enjoyed it. I mean, I might be a little biased, but I really enjoyed it. I think, like I said, it’s very powerful and I’m pretty sure you will like it . “
“All We Have” opens for a seven-day run on Friday, February 26th at the Harkins Theaters Tucson Spectrum at 5455 S Calle Santa Cruz near Interstate-19 and Irvington Road. Mask requirement and social distancing are compulsory.
