TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) – A man faces a number of charges following a crash involving a stolen vehicle on Interstate 10 in Tucson early Tuesday, June 22nd.
The Arizona DPS said Carlos Bautista Madril, 42, collided head-on with a soldier’s vehicle near 4:50 a.m. near Alvernon Way
The soldier suffered minor injuries and Madril was not injured, according to the DPS.
DPS said the impairment will be a factor in the accident.
The road was closed for about two hours.
