The Arizona Opera film “The Copper Queen” will be shown on the big screen for a week from Friday October 29th in the two Harkins Theaters in Tucson.

Tucson’s classical music scene was in full swing this month as several organizations kicked off their long-awaited 2021-22 seasons on-site.
This weekend there are some events that are worth attending.
Tucson Symphony Orchestra “Beethoven Septet”
Tucson Symphony Center, 2175 N. Sixth Ave., tucsonsymphony.org
What: This is the second in the series of intimate concerts with a small ensemble of the orchestra. The program begins with Prokofiev’s “Overture on Hebrew Themes” and ends with Beethoven’s popular septet in E flat major.
When: 7:30 p.m. Saturday, October 30th and 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 31st
