TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) – The Pima County Sheriff’s Deputies are working on a critical incident near Palo Verde Road and Julian Drive that resulted in a MP being shot in the head.
There are no suspects and no threat to the community.
The deputy was hospitalized in critical condition and his wife and other family members were notified.
PCSD encourages commuters to avoid the area and find alternative travel routes.
