TUCSON, AZ – If you’ve traveled to Tucson for Thanksgiving or have relatives visiting, you might be looking for a website to get tested for COVID-19 to stay safe over the holiday weekend.
In their vacation guidelines, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said those joining multi-household gatherings should take additional measures, such as:
The CDC also warns anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 should not travel until they are out of isolation. For more travel tips from the CDC, please visit the agency’s website.
For anyone who may be sick or have symptoms, the message is to stay home and stay away from others. You should also get tested for the virus, as should anyone who may have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19, the agency says.
All of the sites listed below are free and operated by Pima County. All attractions are closed for Thanksgiving but will be open on Black Friday. Click here to register online or call 855-452-2346.

A free COVID-19 test kit can be collected from any of the Pima County Public Library locations listed below during regular business hours. Each kit contains two BinaxNOW COVID-19 antigen self-test kits. There is a limit of one kit per person and tests will give results in around 15 minutes. The libraries will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.
