Sliced and grilled subs are served at the newest restaurant in the Oro Valley.
Jersey Mike’s Subs rented 1,260 square feet at 7315 N. Oracle Road and franchise owners Duane Layton and Alicia Rosenfield are kicking off a grand opening fundraiser in support of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson May 19-23.
Customers with a fundraising coupon can receive a subscription with a donation of at least US $ 2.
“Our goal is to raise $ 2,500 for this local charity,” said Layton. “Come by, visit us and help us to achieve this goal for a good cause.”
Coupons were distributed to local businesses around the new location to share with customers and employees.
The store offers take-out, take-away, and delivery of its hot and cold subs, served on in-store-baked bread. The opening times are daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Other recent trades include:
R & P Properties LLC bought Tucson Marketplace LLC from Fullerton for 3 million. Tenants included NextCare, GNC and AT&T. Brenna Lacey and Joey Castillo, along with Volk Co., handled sales.
AuStar Holdings LLC purchased a 7,260 square foot office building at 2502 N. Huachuca Drive from Hanlon-Mitchell Enterprises LLC for $ 960,000. Ben Craney and Gordon Wagner managed sales with NAI Horizon.
