TUCSON (KVOA) – MPs responded Wednesday morning to a fatal collision with a school bus and truck on the south side of Tucson.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department says there were no children on the bus on Valencia Road and Camino de la Tierra at the time of the collision.
Valencia Road to the east and west is closed between Camino de la Tierra and Caballo Road.
Lifenet will be transporting patients to the hospital, according to LT Pratt of the Green Valley Fire District / Drexel Heights Fire District.
Drivers are asked to find alternative routes.
