Country singer Gary Allan plays at Tucson Music Hall on October 22nd.

Martina McBride performed at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in August as part of a celebration of the museum exhibit “Martina McBride: The Power of Her Voice”. She’s coming to Tucson Music Hall in November.

Tucson Music Hall added two country shows to its fall program, which began this week with Jackson Browne – the first artist to take the Music Hall stage since the COVID-19 pandemic silenced Tucson stages in March 2020 brought.

First up is Gary Allan on October 22nd, followed by Martina McBride on November 5th. Tickets for both shows – $ 49 to $ 126 for Allan, $ 36 to $ 122 for McBride – are available now through ticketmaster.com.

Allan, who spent his December birthday in Tucson for years, is bringing his “Ruthless” tour here to celebrate the release of his 10th studio album “Ruthless” in June.

“When I think of country music, I think of a smoky bar with a glass of whiskey and someone playing heartbreaking songs,” Allan said, describing the album on his website. “This is country music to me. ”

“Ruthless” picks up and reinterprets some of the ’90s sensibilities on which Allan, 53, built his 25-year neo-trad country career.
