The two-day 35th annual Tucson Celtic Festival and Scottish Highland Games at Rillito Park featured events such as barrel and caber throwing, Scottish dance groups, and plenty of traditional Scottish food and beer. The annual event is sponsored by the Tucson Celtic Festival Association, which is dedicated to “preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of customs and traditions of all Celtic peoples (Scots, Irish, Welsh and British)”.
