Restauranteur Sam Fox is bringing two new concepts to Tucson next year.

Two new restaurants from well-known restaurateur Sam Fox are coming to Tucson next year.

Fox Restaurant Concepts will open Flower Child and Doughbird in Campbell Plaza, on the northeast corner of Campbell Avenue and Glenn Street.

Flower Child offers vegetarian and vegan, meat-eating and gluten-free, keto and paleo meals with a customizable menu of bowls, wraps and salads.

Doughbird offers hand stretched and square Detroit style pizza alongside rotisserie chicken.

“We’re always looking for great growth opportunities in Tucson and we’ve finally found the perfect location for these two restaurants,” said Fox. “Bringing Flower Child to Tucson has been a long-standing goal of ours and we are delighted to be able to do this with Doughbird, a concept we are only just beginning to develop.”

Fox first opened Wildflower American Cuisine in Tucson in 1998 and has since launched brands such as Zinburger, North Italia, Blanco Cocina + Cantina, and Culinary Dropout.

The two new restaurants are scheduled to open at the end of 2022.

Other recent trades include:

AMERCO Real Estate Company bought 6.86 acres of industrial land on the southwest corner of Interstate 19 and Duval Mine Road for $ 3.4 million to build a U-Haul. Lane Neville, Logan Crum, and Cole Neville of the NAI Phoenix office, and Ben Craney of the NAI Tucson office represented the seller, Park Corp.
