The City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Department is proud to announce the return of its annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair in Reid Park. Come and take a dip in your Christmas shopping. This free event will attract more than 140 vendors from across the Southwest including artists, artisans, photographers, painters, potters, jewelers and more. This Thanksgiving weekend market has been a tradition for many Christmas shoppers for more than 30 years.
Stroll through the park and visit artists with their colorful glass melts and mosaics, wind chimes, walking sticks, painted pumpkins and teacup birdhouses. Explore an artist’s original work in the fields of painting, photography, clay, wood, and fiber. If you are looking for something cozy to snuggle up to, this is the place for quilts, knitted scarves, and scented handmade soaps and lotions. Add western wall art or chimes, handmade pens, cuddly toys, pet clothes, accessories, gourmet treats, and more to your Christmas shopping list. While enjoying the fair, be sure to purchase food and refreshments from local vendors.
