Tucson restaurants band together to support food bank | Business News

Tucson Originals: Tucson Originals members are running a promotion for the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona in restaurants across the city. Participating restaurants are Rocco’s Little Chicago; Brother John’s Beer, Bourbon & BBQ; Gourmet girl; Vero Amore; Noble hops; Fire truck brew; Boss chic; Ghinis French Caffe; Barrio brows; Fiamme pizza; and Bisbee Breakfast Club. Each location has drop-off boxes for unexpired canned goods and donation envelopes that will be collected from the Tafel at the end of the journey on February 26th. Barbara Lunsford and the Tucson Sunrise Rotary Foundation: Barbara Lunsford, an agent for Coldwell Banker Realty’s Tucson Foothills office, has partnered with the Tucson Sunrise Rotary Foundation to collect blankets for foster children cared for by the Southern Arizona Children’s Advocacy Center. The aim of the center is to provide a safe, compassionate and healing environment for children who have been victims or witnesses of a crime.
